What You Bring
2+ years of experience as a Project Officer (mil.) or Project Manager.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or Exact Sciences.
Experience working with customers, suppliers, and international stakeholders.
Fluent English.
Willingness to travel abroad.
Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a system-level perspective.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience leading procurement, development, and/or integration of aerial or robotic systems.
Experience in a manufacturing environment, including production, integration, and quality processes.
Familiarity with ERP systems, including building product trees and supporting production and integration processes.
Additional language skills.
Why Join BlueBird?
Work at the intersection of engineering, production, integration, testing, customers, and the field.
Take part in projects that bring advanced aerial systems from development to real-world operational use.
Work with talented, multidisciplinary teams on complex challenges with tangible impact.
If you enjoy taking ownership, connecting the dots, and turning complex projects into real-world results — we’d love to hear from you.
