About the Role
The Program Manager will ensure predictable, coordinated, and transparent delivery between Product and R&D, from release planning through launch. The role connects product and engineering teams, establishing effective ways of working, managing dependencies and priorities, and maintaining clear communication with relevant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead release planning, readiness, and launch processes in close collaboration with Product and R&D teams.
Manage release plans and track release readiness, dependencies, blockers, risks, and delivery milestones.
Create, consolidate, and distribute clear and accurate release notes.
Facilitate sprint opening, ongoing tracking, and closure, including monitoring tasks, statuses, and delivery objectives.
Work closely with Engineering Team Leads, Product Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders across the company.
Support prioritization and alignment across business, product, and technical needs.
Establish and continuously improve operating processes, ceremonies, and tracking tools to enable efficient and predictable delivery.
Identify blockers, drive their resolution, and provide transparent updates on program and release progress.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in project management or program management within an R&D or product environment.
Experience working with Agile methodologies and managing sprint cycles.
Hands-on experience with Jira and similar project tracking tools.
Strong ability to manage priorities, dependencies, and multiple stakeholders.
Technical background and an understanding of software development processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a SaaS or B2B environment.
Experience leading Release Management processes.
A relevant degree, such as Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related field.
