Key Responsibilities
Take responsibility for the full product testing line, starting from PCBA and finishing with product functional test.
Perform hands‑on failure analysis of testing stations, including electronic boards, components, and system‑level assemblies.
Document findings, test results, and root cause hypotheses in a clear and structured manner.
Perform station and other testing equipment repairs including PCBA level
Provide repair and maintenance documentation to regular technicians.
Collaborate with NPI and Q&R teams to resolve technical and FPY issues.
Requirements
Practical Engineer or Engineer (Electronics/Electrical) strong hands-on skills.
Skills with lab equipment (oscilloscope, DMM, LCR meter, power supply).
Ability to read schematics and understand analog and digital circuit behavior.
Very good technical English (reading and writing).
Preferred Qualifications
Background in power electronics — power converters, MOSFET/IGBT/SiC stages.
Background in testing equipment
Understanding of common electronic failure mechanisms
