About the Role We are looking for an experienced Integration Engineer to join our MIS Platform Team and own Workato as a core automation and integration platform. This individual contributor role combines hands-on building with platform ownership, complex integration architecture, governance, and enablement of MIS teams. You will partner with technical and business stakeholders to create scalable, reliable, and efficient cross-company workflows. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in automation/integration engineering or a similar role. Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms such as Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar platforms; Workato is strongly preferred. Experience designing and implementing integrations with business systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and other SaaS tools. Proven ability to quickly understand complex business processes and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) concepts and Workato capabilities related to exposing or triggering recipes through MCP-compatible interfaces. Familiarity with using AI tools and methodologies to improve development and automation workflows, including creating or improving reusable skills and agentic workflows.
