We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build and own the lifecycle marketing motion for HiBob’s existing customer base.
Your mission is to drive customer growth and expansion by connecting the right customers with the right products, features, and experiences at the right moment in their journey.
You’ll define how we segment, engage, and nurture customers across the lifecycle using product behavior, customer data, and commercial signals to build scalable programs that increase adoption, uncover expansion opportunities, and contribute to Expansion ARR.

A track record of building lifecycle programs that have influenced expansion, upsell, adoption, retention, or revenue.
Strong strategic thinking - you can take a broad business objective, identify the customer behaviors and segments that matter, and turn them into a scalable lifecycle strategy.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with customer, CRM, and product usage data to identify opportunities and measure impact.
