Experience: 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record designing for complex, data-intensive, or AI/ML platforms. Engineering Alignment: Demonstrated track record of working closely with engineering in an agile environment, from early product discovery through daily development and delivery. Figma Expertise: Deep mastery of Figma, including component libraries, auto-layout, variables, Code Connect, and rapid prototyping. Design System Ownership: Proven ability to build, maintain, and scale a design system across a growing product. Frontend Fluency: Enough frontend fluency (HTML/CSS, React fundamentals) to have real, informed conversations with engineers about feasibility. Systems Thinking: Ability to design for multiple user types with distinct mental models within a single, complex platform. Communication & Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and trade-off judgment, not just visual polish, and the ability to articulate and defend decisions to technical and non-technical audiences. Startup Experience: Experience working in a startup or fast-growing technology company. Location: Based in Tel Aviv, Israel (hybrid work environment).
