What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst in IT projects — MUST Experience with Shopify or other enterprise eCommerce platforms — MUST Immediate availability — MUST Experience implementing SaaS solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience writing functional specifications and documenting business processes. Strong understanding of APIs and system integrations (REST, JSON, XML). Hands-on experience with SQL. Experience working with Jira. Strong communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders. Experience working in Agile environments.
