What We're Looking For 4+ years of experience in Product operations or closely related operational roles within SaaS B2B companies. Proven experience in successfully implementing and scaling AI tools and AI-driven practices within Product or R&D organizations. Great interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively across teams. Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal), with the ability to articulate complex operational frameworks clearly. Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic SaaS environments, managing multiple moving parts independently. Proactive, structured, and team-oriented mindset, with a passion for building seamless internal processes.
