you have 3+ years of engineering leadership experience 10+ years of development and design experience Deep experience with SaaS platform systems — identity, access management, billing, multi-tenancy, API gateways, or similar control-plane domains Experience working with high-scale, distributed cloud-based architectures Strong architectural thinking, with a track record of leading complex migrations or modernization initiatives Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills to work successfully with engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders Proven track record of hiring and managing high-performing engineering teams Experience being a part of strong leadership teams, with excellent collaboration skills and a team-player approach High motivation, can-do attitude, and multi-tasking ability B.Sc. in computer science or equivalent experience
