What will Your job look like: Lead end-to-end integration activities of complex automotive systems and drive technical ownership across multiple domains. Analyze complex system behaviors, identify bottlenecks, investigate failures, and drive root-cause analysis activities. Work closely with software, hardware, algorithm, and system teams to ensure successful integration and product maturity. Develop integration, validation, and debug methodologies for complex multidisciplinary systems. Define and execute system-level validation strategies, test plans, and performance evaluations. Identify technical risks early and drive mitigation plans. Influence system architecture and technical decisions through deep system understanding and data-driven analysis. Create technical documentation, validation reports, and engineering recommendations. All you need is: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field – MUST. 3-6 years of experience in Systems Engineering, Integration, Validation, or multidisciplinary system development – MUST. Strong system-level thinking and ability to understand complex interactions between software, hardware, networking, and embedded components. Hands-on experience with Linux environments, debugging tools, and shell scripting – MUST. Strong understanding of Ethernet networking and protocols such as IP, TCP, and UDP – MUST. Proven experience with Python for automation, analysis, and troubleshooting. Demonstrated ability to investigate complex technical issues and drive them to resolution. Passion for technology, ownership, and continuous learning. Experience with automotive development processes and standards (ASPICE, AUTOSAR, Vector tools) – Advantage. Strong communication skills and the ability to lead technical discussions across multiple teams.
