You'll own HiBob end to end and act as the single source of truth for people data across a global organization spanning Israel, the US, Canada, Singapore, the Philippines, etc.. The role sits right at the intersection of technology, data, and operations, and you'll partner closely with HR, Finance, IT, and Legal to keep everything working, scalable, clean, and compliant.

Responsibilities
Own the HRIS (Bob) end to end, configuration, permissions, and people-data accuracy and act as the single source of truth for people data across the organization
Ensure people-data governance, quality, and consistency through regular validation and audits
Keep the HR system secure, integrated, and aligned with Finance and IT systems and standards
Build and maintain HRIS reports and dashboards
Manage system flows and processes such as onboarding, termination, and maternity leave
Own HR operational processes across the full employee lifecycle
Maintain HR templates, documentation, and employee records
Manage HR vendors and external partners: GoGlobal, Polyglot,
Support payroll-related data reviews in collaboration with Finance
Ensure HR operations align with local labor laws, data privacy requirements, and internal policies, in coordination with Legal
Support HR initiatives and cross-functional projects from planning through execution
Identify and implement improvements to HR processes, systems, and automation
Support market benchmarking analysis, role leveling, compensation band reviews, and annual compensation planning and raise cycles
Leverage data, analytics, AI tools, and automation to generate insights, improve decision-making, and measure HR impact
Act as a trusted advisor to the HR team on systems, data, and operations
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in HRIS / people analytics in a global organization
Advanced proficiency with HiBob system administration and configuration
Clear ownership of HRIS, people data, and HR operations
An AI-first mindset, not just as a tool, but as a way of thinking. Hands-on experience leveraging AI, automation, and agentic workflows to reimagine HR processes, eliminate manual work, and create solutions that are smarter, faster, and more human
High standards of data accuracy, validation, and execution
Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and people-data structures
High proficiency in Excel
Fluent English
Strong attention to detail and an accountability mindset
Experience with BI/reporting tools
