Highly proficient in Figma - Must. Experienced in leveraging AI workflows (such as Claude or Figma Make) and design-to-code tools to streamline your process, constantly experimenting with new ways to bring your designs to life. A data-informed mindset, with a good understanding of business strategy, KPIs, and how to design for A/B tests. Extra points: for having worked on conversion funnels or growth-specific projects. Strategic thinker who knows how to see the big picture, plan effectively, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
