Pedantic, patient, and well-organized. Availability for irregular hours and/or weekend work. Technology Requirements: Must Have: Proficiency in servicing Windows, Ubuntu (18/20/22), and Mac OS. Experience with hardware (laptops, servers, switches, webcams, conference systems, etc.). Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, FTP, VPN, SSH). Basic knowledge of virtualization (VMWare, Xen), AWS environment, and Git. Familiarity with web environments (Google Apps, Office 365), consumer systems (Amazon, Adobe), conference call systems (Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams), and Identity Management systems (JumpCloud, Okta).
