We are seeking an experienced Senior System Validation Engineer to join our System & SV group and take a key role in validating next-generation coherent DSP chips for advanced optical transceiver modules used in hyperscale data centers. You will lead end-to-end validation activities, define methodologies, work closely with architecture/FW/ASIC teams, and directly influence the quality and performance of our high-speed silicon. What You Will Do Silicon & System-Level Validation Lead validation of coherent DSP features, algorithms, and system flows across full operating conditions (temperature, voltage, corner silicon). Plan, design, and execute validation test plans for high-speed optical links. Develop automated validation environments (Python/SCPI/Lab tools) and regression frameworks. Validate DSP performance. Characterize SerDes behavior, signal integrity, and analog/digital blocks across corners
