We are looking for an experienced Engineering Director to lead a Core Product engineering group in our Tel Aviv office. In this role, you will manage a group of Engineering Managers who each lead their own teams of engineers. You will be responsible for driving delivery, quality, and impact across one of HoneyBook’s most critical product areas. You will report to the Head of Engineering and partner closely with Product, Design, Data, and Go-to-Market leaders to shape strategy and ensure strong execution. This role requires a seasoned leader with deep people-management experience, strong product partnership, and the ability to lead through scale and complexity.
