What we need to see: B.Sc. degree or equivalent experience in Engineering/Computer Science/related field. 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing of software development teams. 5+ overall years of experience in software development and testing. Strong understanding of SaaS architectures. Hands-on experience testing Python/Django (including REST APIs) and proven experience with frontend testing (UI automations using end-to-end testing frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright or Cypress). Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS). Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative multi timezone environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Intrinsically motivated with a desire for automation programming. Ways to stand out from the crowd: Background in developing virtualization solutions using technologies like QEMU and Docker. Knowledge of Linux networking and understanding of networking concepts and protocols. Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks.
