At least 7 years of experience as a Development Project Manager in a multidisciplinary company. Proven experience in either direct people management or matrix management Proven track record in managing diverse, high-budget development programs involving mechanical, electronic, and software components. Hands-on experience in leading complex system integration processes. Strong expertise in requirements management and technical aspects of product development.
