What you'll need 3+ years working as a backend engineer BSc in Computer Science or Mathematics (or equivalent experience) Solid understanding of modern backend frameworks, tools, and architecture Hands-on experience with TypeScript or similar strongly-typed languages Experience working on production-grade projects with real performance and scalability demands Proficiency in leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate writing, testing, and refactoring code.
