Artlist is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Core group and build AI-powered creative products with Node.js and React.
You’ll join a small, collaborative team and own features end to end, from understanding user needs and shaping the solution to building and delivering it across the frontend and backend.
What you'll do
Take new AI-powered products from idea to launch, shaping the architecture and owning them end to end, backend and frontend.
Turn the latest generative AI models into polished creative tools that people love to use.
Work closely with product and design to turn user needs into intuitive experiences, and push for improvements you spot.
Collaborate with infrastructure and platform teams to build scalable, reliable foundations for our products.
Help shape how the team builds with AI: agentic coding workflows, AI-assisted review and testing, and the shared tooling around them.
Requirements
5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong experience with React and Node.js. Deep expertise in one and solid experience across the stack is fine.
A track record of owning and shipping features in production.
Hands-on, daily use of AI development tools and a clear view of where they help and where they don't.
You know how to prioritize your work and keep things simple.
You're comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
A business mindset: you understand the impact of your work on users and the company.
You care about the team's success: you share what you learn and help others grow.
