Your Impact
Coordinate cross-functional execution across Product, Business, R&D, Content, and Design, ensuring clear ownership and delivery.
Align Business and Product teams around priorities, requirements, and delivery timelines.
Partner with Product Managers to translate product strategy into actionable initiatives and execution plans.
Lead the rollout of new and existing product capabilities, ensuring operational readiness and smooth deployment.
Build, manage, and maintain company websites across multiple platforms, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Create and analyze user segments and A/B tests to support data-driven decision-making.
Manage cross-unit projects, overseeing timelines, scope, dependencies, and quality.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and develop scalable solutions by leveraging AI, automation, and innovative approaches.
Requirements
2+ years of relevant professional experience in similar roles (Product Operations, Project Management, Business Operations, etc)
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, project management, and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and leverage AI and automation to increase efficiency
Bachelor’s degree
Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
