How you’ll make an impact: Own the operating expense forecasting process, including rolling forecasts and budget tracking. Drive the annual operating planning process in partnership with budget owners across the organization. Partner with department leaders to review financial performance, provide insights, and support business decisions. Manage the PR/PO financial workflow, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and company policies. Perform budget versus actual (BvA) variance analysis and communicate key trends, risks, and opportunities.
