Must have 5+ years as a Product Designer, with strong B2B SaaS experience. UX thinking: you frame problems and defend decisions past "it looks nice." Solid UI craft, clean, consistent, high quality. Independence: You turn ambiguity into shipped work. AI-native and code-comfortable: heavy AI user, past "only Figma," can read a repo and open PRs with AI's help. BA/BSc in Design from a leading academic institution. Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-moving, sometimes chaotic environment.
