The Dream Job We are currently seeking a skilled and dynamic VP of IT & Information Security to lead our IT, IS department. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on balance strategic thinking with operational excellencewith strategic thinking. You'll manage immediate IT needs, while establishing and building the processes, policies, and tooling that will enable Dream to scale efficiently and support its continued growth. The Dream-Maker Responsibilities Build and scale a high-performing IT organization, computing services, MIS and security operations. Define and execute the IT and IS strategy, architecture, and multi-year roadmap in alignment with business growth and operational priorities. Establish governance, risk, and compliance frameworks, ensuring regulatory alignment across subsidiaries Manage our global sites infrastructure and establishment of new sites, and all Dream subsidiaries.
