About The Role The Legal Counsel reports directly to the General Counsel and serves as an in-house attorney to support the company’s legal needs. The primary responsibilities of this position will be to work on a variety of commercial agreements, including customers, vendors, service providers and partnership agreements, as well as handle privacy and AI-related matters. Key Responsibilities Negotiate, draft and review various commercial agreements ( procurement, licensing, sales, etc.). Create and maintain standard templates, business processes and internal policies. Address privacy and data protection matters pertaining to Connecteam’s business around the globe. Provide legal advice and work closely with our marketing and sales divisions. Remain abreast of legislative changes and adapt company policies to maintain compliance.
