Lead regulatory compliance activities throughout the product lifecycle, including certifications, approvals, customer compliance support, and compliance maintenance.

Regulatory interpretation and standards review
Testing support and laboratory coordination
Test report review and technical documentation preparation
Certification management and coordination with certification bodies and laboratories
Customer compliance support
Requirements
B.Sc. Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunications Engineering
7+ years of regulatory compliance and certification experience
Strong knowledge of EMC, Safety, Radio, and certification processes
Experience working with certification bodies and accredited test laboratories
Experience reviewing test reports and technical documentation
Strong technical writing and communication skills
Ability to learn and expand into new regulatory and compliance domains
Ability to lead cross-functional activities and drive issues to closure
Preferred
Experience with RED, CE, ETSI, FCC, ISED, CB Scheme and TÜV certification processes
Experience with global market approvals and homologation processes (e.g., ANATEL, TELEC, MTCTE, MOC…)
Experience with customer/operator compliance requirements (e.g., NEBS, AT&T…)
