The Dream Job The Talent Sourcer is responsible for building and maintaining a strategic, long-term view of the organization's talent landscape. This role drives proactive sourcing strategies, develops high-quality talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, and provides market intelligence that enables informed hiring decisions. Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders, the Talent Sourcer ensures the company has continuous access to top talent across critical functions. The Dream-Maker Responsibilities Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business priorities and hiring goals to build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines. Own the strategic overview of talent pipelines, continuously assessing pipeline health, talent availability, and future hiring needs across the organization. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define target candidate profiles, sourcing priorities, and talent market approaches. Create and present talent market maps, competitor research, and market intelligence to support hiring strategy and workforce planning.
