We are looking for a hands-on Senior Systems Engineer with a passion for multidisciplinary systems in the drone and defense ecosystems. In this role, you will own the system architecture and solve wide and diverse technical challenges. You will act as a leading technical focal point, translating operational requirements into reality and bringing complex systems together. This is a high-impact role for someone who thinks in big-picture trade-offs and processes, but is equally comfortable getting their hands dirty. What You'll Do System Ownership: Serve as the end-to-end owner and architect of hardware-integrated systems, driving the transition from initial concept to operational deployment Ensure robust design, integration, and performance while meeting rigorous defense-grade requirements Technical Leadership: Lead the technical strategy and execution across hardware, software, algorithmic, testing, and production domains to ensure cohesive product development Hands-on Development & Integration: Drive rapid Proofs-of-Concept (POCs), complex system integrations and failure investigations, getting hands-on to ensure subsystems function seamlessly together Balance flexible, agile, and fast-paced development cycles with the discipline required to build reliable, high-grade systems ready for mission-critical deployment Requirements Education: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field Experience: 6+ years as a Systems Engineer, Architect, Integration Lead or similar roles in multidisciplinary fields (Robotics, Autonomous Systems, Drones, Aerospace/Defense).
