Senior V&V

We are looking for an experienced senior V&V to join our team and lead Verification & Validation activities throughout the product development lifecycle.
The role includes ownership of the V&V strategy and execution for medical device development projects, ensuring all verification and validation activities are planned, coordinated, executed, and ed in compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
Skills and Experience
B.Sc. in Biomedical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
5-6 years of medical device experience, with a strong background leading V&V activities and a significant advantage in managing multidisciplinary product development.
Expertise in testing methodologies and standards, including sterilization validation, biocompatibility, electrical safety, EMC, laboratory equipment, and external vendor management.
Proven leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional activities independently.
Strong technical and analytical capabilities combined with excellent organization.
Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English (verbal and written).
Proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented approach.
