You will serve as a strategic business partner to the company's customers, bridging the gap between business objectives and Product, R&D, and Delivery teams. This is a customer-facing role that involves working closely with enterprise clients, facilitating workshops, leading business discovery and consulting engagements, and driving the long-term success and growth of customer accounts. Depending on the scope and complexity of the engagement, you will lead projects directly or through Project Managers and Delivery teams. Key Responsibilities 1.
