We are looking for a Ground Stations Solutions Engineer to join our Ground Systems and Integrated Solutions team. The role combines customer engagement, technical analysis, and solution development, serving as a bridge between customers, Sales, Engineering, R&D, Operations, and Program Management.
Responsibilites
*Engage with customers to understand mission objectives, operational concepts, technical constraints, and desired outcomes.
*Analyze requirements and translate them into practical ground segment and mission-support solution concepts.
*Develop technical solutions involving ground stations, tracking systems, RF subsystems, software applications, and supporting infrastructure.
*Support proposals, compliance matrices, customer presentations, system descriptions, and solution documentation.
*Participate in customer meetings, technical reviews, demonstrations, workshops, testing, troubleshooting, and validation activities.
*Investigate operational anomalies, signal characteristics, RF performance, mission workflows, and system performance issues.
