B.Sc in Computer Science, equivalent degree or graduate of a top IDF software development unit 4+ years of experience as a team leader, balancing people leadership and technical delivery with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex software projects. 4+ years of professional full-stack development experience Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills Experience in developing modern cloud-based systems with microservices Solid full-stack experience with all or part of the following technologies: Angular, React, Java/Kotlin Spring Boot, Python, Node.js, MongoDB, ELK Solid experience with AWS or other cloud providers Solid understanding of DevOps concepts and tools Fluent communication in Hebrew and English. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
