What we need to see: B.Sc. or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering. 3+ years of overall experience in Firmware, Embedded Systems, Hardware or System Validation Engineering. Knowledge in Python or C/C++ for system debugging, automation, or test development. Strong system-level understanding and hands-on lab experience with modern hardware protocols (e.g., PCIe, I2C/SPI, and high-speed interfaces). Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment across global engineering teams in English. Ways to stand out from the crowd: Deep understanding of computing architectures, including the ability to analyze hardware system block diagrams and schematic sheets. Experience with peripherals protocols, network protocols, storage protocols. Previous roles as a technical lead, bring-up lead, or system validation owner.
