Job Summary We are seeking a highly creative, hands-on and technically strong R&D Engineer with 10-12 years of experience to lead the development of breakthrough concepts and emerging technologies for future minimally invasive therapies. This role focuses on transforming ideas into viable product concepts and driving rapid learning cycles through prototyping, testing and multidisciplinary collaboration. The successful candidate will thrive in highly ambiguous environments and play a key role in shaping future product pipelines. How you will make an impact: Lead early-stage innovation activities, including concept generation, ideation, and feasibility assessment. Develop and mature novel device concepts for minimally invasive therapies, including implants, delivery system and enabling technologies. Design, build and test proof-of-concept prototypes, enabling rapid iteration and technical risk reduction. Translate clinical needs into engineering solutions, integrating procedural and anatomical considerations into early designs. Develop testing tools, benchtop models, and simulation platforms that replicate relevant anatomical and physiological conditions to evaluate device performance and procedural feasibility. Plan and execute feasibility studies, bench testing, and design evaluations to validate technical concepts including pre-clinical studies.
