B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent practical experience. 6+ years of hands-on experience in board design. Strong experience with high-speed digital design, including DDR4, FPGA, and mixed-signal systems. Experience with DC/DC power supply design and simulation. Hands-on laboratory experience with signal integrity, power analysis, debugging, and validation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
