Senior Mechanical Engineer, Manufacturing Development

What we need to see: B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field, or equivalent experience. 10 years of experience in manufacturing processes such as liquid systems, metal and plastic die casting, sheet metal, and optics. Proven experience working with mechanical suppliers in NPI and mass production, implementing new processes, qualifying and establishing new suppliers, and a deep understanding of validation processes. A self-learner capable of understanding and implementing new technologies that are first in the market. Independence and capability to lead tasks from beginning to closure. Outstanding performance in intensive and dynamic environments. Strong great teammate with excellent interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English, with strong writing and verbal skills.
