Identify and penetrate high-value target accounts across financial services, insurance, retail and other relevant industries.
Develop relationships and create opportunities with key decision-makers and influencers.
Generate pipeline through self-prospecting, cold outreach, networking, referrals, partners and market relationships.
Own the full sales cycle from account strategy and prospecting through discovery, business case development, evaluation, negotiation and close.
Navigate complex organizational structures and build multi-threaded relationships across HR, IT, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Security and executive leadership.
Lead strong discovery and qualification processes and develop compelling value-based sales narratives and business cases.
Coordinate internal resources including SE, BDR, Marketing, Partners and executive sponsors to progress strategic opportunities.
Develop account plans and winning strategies for priority target accounts.
Accurately manage pipeline, forecasting and opportunity data in Salesforce.
Represent HiBob at relevant industry events, executive forums and networking opportunities.
Build relationships with consultants, partners and market influencers who can help establish HiBob within these sectors.
Bring market intelligence back into HiBob — including buyer requirements, competitive dynamics, product/localization needs and barriers to entry.
What Success Looks Like:This person will not simply inherit and close pipeline. Success means helping establish a new, repeatable growth engine for HiBob in Israel — opening doors into organizations we have historically struggled to access, creating qualified pipeline, winning strategic customers and building relationships and references that make the next deal easier to win.

Strong understanding of how larger Israeli organizations evaluate and purchase technology — including organizational structures, procurement processes, decision-making dynamics and internal politics.
Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, engaging HR, IT, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Security and executive stakeholders.
A true hunter and closer — comfortable creating pipeline from scratch through prospecting, cold outreach, networking and account-based activity, as well as progressing and closing opportunities.
Strong value-selling and storytelling capabilities — able to translate technology and product capabilities into a compelling business case and communicate value to different stakeholders.
Proven ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers and sell at executive level.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills, including experience managing complex commercial discussions and procurement processes.
