Key Responsibilities: Fulfillment and coordination: Act as a liaison between sales, customer success, planning and Logistics departments to ensure on time and accurate fulfillment Monitor the fulfillment pipeline and maintain commit dates from OPS side Record maintenance: Maintain accurate and organized records of all orders, shipments, and transactions.
