5+ years of hands-on DevOps / Platform experience in production Experience operating scalable, highly available customer-facing systems Strong AWS experience (infrastructure, networking, deployments) Proven ownership of CI/CD pipelines and production operations Experience with on-call, incident response, and postmortems Security-minded infrastructure and operational practices Strong execution mindset and ability to work closely with engineering teams Must Have AWS + Docker Kubernetes and/or serverless CI/CD + monitoring (Datadog or similar) Python or TypeScript
