We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join Global-e’s growing Duty Drawback team.
In this role, you’ll combine data analysis with hands-on operational work, using data to support claim preparation, evaluate program performance, identify trends and gaps, and uncover new opportunities.
You’ll work with large datasets, build and maintain reports and dashboards, validate data across different sources, and collaborate with BI and Data teams to improve data accuracy and reporting solutions. At the same time, you’ll be involved in the operational side of the program — supporting claim submissions, investigating discrepancies, handling merchant inquiries, and working with internal teams and external partners.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data but also wants to see the real business impact behind the numbers, contribute to process improvements, and be part of a growing program.
