What We're Looking For 5+ years of IT infrastructure experience, including 3+ years in a Senior IT Systems Engineer or Infrastructure role Deep expertise managing Microsoft Azure and AWS environments Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Python, Bash, Azure CLI, and AWS CLI Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Entra ID (Azure AD) Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, and Docker Solid understanding of enterprise networking, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, and firewalls Experience implementing endpoint security, identity management, encryption, and compliance best practices Experience with automation platforms such as Workato, or similar solutions Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement Nice to Have Experience with CrowdStrike Falcon, Cato Networks, MDM, or enterprise Identity Providers Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, or DevOps practices Microsoft or AWS certifications (AZ-104, AWS SysOps, Security+, or equivalent) Experience supporting global, hybrid, or distributed organizations
