Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and systems administration. Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, VMWare, networking, and virtualization. Experience administering and troubleshooting enterprise firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, or similar). Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, backup, disaster recovery, and endpoint management. Experience working with cloud services and IT automation tools. Basic knowledge of Linux server environments (Ubuntu, Red Hat, CentOS) – an
