Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in product design, leading and shipping consumer mobile products. 3 years of experience in a people management role, leading and mentoring design teams. Preferred qualifications: Experience in resolving complex technical and organizational constraints, particularly within in-car platforms or mobile ecosystems. Experience translating evolving directions into user-centric approaches and driving impact across multiple cross-product initiatives with a group of stakeholders. Proficiency in using data and user analytics to inform design strategy and measure business impact. Ability to influence executives and cross-functional partners through compelling goal narratives.
