Your Experience & Qualifications Must Haves 5+ years of software development experience building production-grade software. Strong experience with modern backend and/or frontend technologies in large-scale production environments. Proven track record of owning features or services from design through production. Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-powered development tools (such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar) as part of your daily engineering workflow. Strong software engineering fundamentals, including system design, testing, code reviews, and CI/CD.
