About the Role
Join the Global Spare Parts Operations team and play a significant role in ensuring business continuity for customers around the world.
As a Global Spare Parts Escalation & Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for leading complex operational escalations, coordinating across cross-functional teams, and driving critical supply chain decisions in order to minimize customer impact.
The role requires a high level of ownership, analytical thinking, fast decision-making, and the ability to influence stakeholders across various global organizations.

Responsibilities
Take full ownership of global operational escalations, from issue identification through complete resolution.
Manage critical customer situations while balancing business priorities, operational constraints, and customer expectations.
Coordinate activities across Supply Chain, Engineering, Product Support, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing, Planning, Warehousing, and regional service organizations.
Drive decision-making processes to achieve the fastest and most effective solution for the customer.
Manage and prioritize multiple high-impact tasks simultaneously in a dynamic, global environment.
Analyze operational data to identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, service levels, and customer satisfaction.
Develop dashboards, reports, and automation solutions using analytical tools.
Support the achievement of KPI targets while continuously improving operational performance.
Serve as a key professional focal point and trusted point of contact for internal stakeholders worldwide.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a relevant field.
Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, global environment.
Strong prioritization and time-management skills.
High level of personal accountability and ability to take ownership of tasks.
Ability to make independent decisions under pressure.

Advantage
Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Materials Management, Customer Support, or Manufacturing.
Experience working in global organizations.

Experience leading operational improvement initiatives.
