Who You Are Must-Haves 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar role. 1+ year of experience in QA automation or a similar automation-focused role. Comfortable with hands-on product testing as part of the role. Basic to good programming skills in at least one language, such as TypeScript or Python. Experience writing and maintaining automated tests using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks. Experience with API testing tools and methodologies. Experience testing frontend-heavy applications. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test design, bug lifecycle, and release processes. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to investigate, reproduce, and clearly communicate issues. Actively uses AI tools to improve productivity, accelerate test planning and documentation, support debugging and investigation, and identify ways to make QA processes more efficient. Curiosity and awareness of new technologies, tools, and industry trends through tech news, podcasts, social platforms, professional communities, or similar channels. Highly motivated, responsible, and eager to learn and grow.
