Key Responsibilities Embed with customers during onboarding and through go-live: workflows, integrations, evaluation Configure agents and integrations to fit each customer's actual process Build internal tooling that lets customer success scale Bring customer truths back to product and R&D — what works, what doesn't, what's missing Visit jobsites and customer offices regularly Requirements Strong engineering background with senior-IC experience Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into technical implementation Comfort in front of senior buyers and on active job sites A real interest in customers — not just a polite tolerance
