MS Infrastructure: At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Entra etc. Virtualization: At least 3 years of hands-on experience with VMware vSphere 6.x/7.x, including installation, configuration, and system design. Datacenter: Familiarity with physical servers, Network and the Datacenter maintenance lifecycle. Microsoft Azure Ecosystem: Proven experience including: Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) – strong knowledge of identity and access management, SSO, and role-based access control (RBAC). Microsoft 365 services – including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and more. Cloud Architecture: Strong understanding of hybrid cloud architectures, basic security controls, cloud security best practices and monitoring tools. Amazon Web Services (AWS): Experience with core services (EC2, S3, Route53, FSx), Basic understanding of AWS security controls (IAM, VPCs, KMS). Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation). OS Mastery: Strong working knowledge of Windows Server and Client OS, Linux distributions, and macOS. Mac Management: Experience managing macOS endpoints with Jamf Pro (or similar) in enterprise settings. Endpoint Management: Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and Jamf.
