You are someone who knows how to design robust systems, lead exceptional people, leverage data to make smart decisions, and unite a distributed network of specialists around a shared vision. You will be the authoritative managerial voice for our radiology community, representing their insights and impact across all levels of the organization. Responsibilities Lead and Manage: Oversee and guide the company’s network of radiologists, serving as their core management anchor. Workforce & Resource Planning: Design and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly work plans aligned with organizational priorities. Capacity Management: Manage headcount planning, task allocation, and workload balancing for the radiology team. Process Infrastructure: Build scalable workflows, control mechanisms, and reporting structures to support hyper-growth. Strategic Alignment: Ensure radiology resources are perfectly optimized to meet the company’s business and strategic milestones.
