דרישות

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field - Experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment - 4+ years of experience in semiconductor reliability - Knowledge in semiconductor physics, VLSI IC design, manufacturing, testing and FA, reliability engineering and statistics fundamentals - Experience in IC and system level testing and debug - Knowledge of Semiconductor Q&R related tests and stresses - Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field - Experience with industry standard tools and scripting languages (Python or Perl) for automation - Familiarity with Semiconductor industry production flows and fabrication processes - Experience working with OSATs (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) and ODMs (Original Design Manufacturers) - Extensive knowledge of Semiconductor Q&R related tests and stresses - Knowledge of reliability statistics.
