You have 4+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience, preferably in a tech company or startup. You are proficient in Priority software — this is a must. You have solid working knowledge of Israeli bookkeeping practices, VAT, and tax requirements. You have experience working in (or with) a multinational structure — intercompany transactions, multi-currency bookkeeping, and working with a foreign parent company. Your English is strong enough to communicate professionally — reading, writing, and the occasional call. You are accurate and detail-oriented, and you care about keeping things tidy. You take ownership — when something needs to get done, you get it done. You’re hungry to grow: you see this role as a launchpad, not a landing spot. Even Better If You Have experience in a company with a US-IL corporate structure. Have worked in a company that was building its finance function from scratch. Are comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets for reconciliations and ad-hoc analysis. Have exposure to SaaS or tech business models. Have hands-on experience with Israeli statutory reporting and tax filings beyond the basics.
